Welcome to the Meditation Challenge!

At the time you sign up for the challenge, you will begin receiving a 5 Minute Meditation every day for 5 days.  You can access the Meditations through this course, and listen to them anywhere (except driving)!  You can listen through your phone, your tablet, or your computer.

Each Meditation is different, but within the theme of relaxation, renewal, revitalization.

And each one is about 5 minutes long!  You can do this on your lunch break!

If you want, you could take your blood pressure before Day 1 and after Day 5 to see if there are any changes. Or you could test your blood sugar or cholesterol, check your weight, observe your sleep patterns or anything you'd like to measure that would indicate results.

Or you can just do a self rating scale of 1-10, 1 being the least stress and 10 being the most.  Rate yourself before Day 1 and after Day 5 and see where you are.  Observe how your life has changed in 5 days.

I can share with you that Meditation is so rewarding, it's almost addicting.  You will most likely want to continue this challenge long after the 5 days are over!  And don't worry.  I have something really cool to share with you after your 5 days.  So be watching for an email from me after Day 5.
